I would like to bring this business to someone's attention. I went into the store to obtain a quote for a ******* family share plan. The employee printed out a paper statement advising the phone would cost approx. $27.00 per month plus taxes and fees which would be approximately $35.00 per month. This is what we were told when we signed up for the plan. Then the employee tried to charge us a "set up" fee which he then waived for us since he forgot to tell us about the fee. When I received my first ******* wireless bill there was a $35.00 activation fee per line which I was not advised of which made my bill almost double of what was quoted. I called the store and the sales associate that activated our phones told me to call ******* and they would waive the activation fees. When I called *******, I was told those were legitimate charges and the salesperson should have explained that at the time of activation of the new phones. They would not waive the fees. The salesperson also put us on the more expensive unlimited plan when I specifically said I didn't want to pay that amount. He said that I told him I didn't want to trade in my old phone, and I had to have the more expensive plan. That was not true because I asked him what I needed to do to trade my phone in. I then went to a Corporate ******* store and was told I was scammed by the Authorized Dealer and there was nothing they could do about the contract. This was a bait and switch by the cellphone store because I was quoted on price and they set me up on the more expensive plan. I would not have purchased the phones if I had known they would have done this. I am now stuck with 5 new phones for three years unless I want to pay thousands of dollars to get out of this contract.
