  This company is a big rip off. The lie thru their teeth. My daughter had rented 2 apartments from them. First apartment kept the deposit because of a scuff **** on the molding and a **** on the wall behind the washer that was there when moved in. Second apartment was FILFTHY, things broken when I moved in (still broken when left), carpets mud, food all over the floors, counters, appliances, floors. Front door looks like someone tried to break in and the patio is all rotting with broken screen door. Spent many hours cleaning and fixing things. When left, they charged 2 months' rent for breaking the contract, due to work; kept the security deposit after it was cleaned top to bottom and touch up painted (bought from them) - where pictures were hung, all molding , walls washed down, appliance spic-n-span, shampooed carpets professionally, cleaned all windows inside and out, washed down patio, front stoop and doors. The place was spic-n-span; even swept out the garage and cleaned ALL lights. They even charged for blinds that were NOT there when moved in, I purchased the blinds and took them. Even asked when moved in about blinds and Manager ****** said they "don't put in blinds anymore." They say they take videos after people move out. What a joke, the videos are so fast you can't see anything, and they charge what they want from one tenant to another. I'm sure there is NO one who ever gets their security deposit back. Didn't even get credit for the MESS moved into. So, they keep charging tenants for previous tenants as well. They told BBB there was an option to pay rent till rented again or pay 2 months. There was NO option. It was rented before move-out-date. That person's utility bills were in mailbox.Reported to the BBB and they dismissed because Palermo said we were harassing them. How, didn't even contact them but thru the BBB. No wonder Palermo's are so big in ****, got that way from ripping people off.****STEER CLEAR OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY*****

  Do not rent from *** Palermo. They would not give us our security deposit back. Instead, we received a bill for $1,600. They wanted us to replace carpets throughout the entire townhome and repaint all of the walls upon moving out, when they refused to replace the carpets when we moved in. Rent continued to increase and no upgrades were made to the townhomes. We had continuous pest issues and we were very clean tenants. Repairs were also not made in a timely manner. Loud neighbors were never addressed by property management after several complaints, instead had to call police. The pool was rarely ever opened and was always unclean. Palermo will find any excuse to attempt to take money from tenants when they leave. Hes a true scumbag. They can respond to all of the reviews as much as they want to try to discredit them but you can read the reviews throughout several websites and see all of these tenants are not lying about their experiences. Do not rent from these people.

  This company is horrible do no lease from them. My wife just ended her lease they do not fix anything especially if you are leaving which is illegal. Just say no to this shameful company they don't care about people only profits and nasty property managers

  As far as we can tell, this person was never a tenant at any address. We have no idea what they are refencing.
