    Disgusting. We booked here because we were going to a soccer tournament and the boys really enjoy hanging out and swimming over the weekend so a pool was a must.Upon checking in, we found the property to be unmaintained and dirty. Upon looking at our room, we found it to be gross and worn. We then discovered there was no functioning exercise room nor pool which is still listed on the website.We immediately went downstairs an the two guys at the front desk barely spoke English or played that part. We explained it was a bait & switch and we were leaving & wanted our money back. Somehow the man at the desk got ahold of the owner and after going back and forth for 5 minutes on the phone, they offered $25 off per night. We left and after filing a complaint with Discover, they refunded one night but not two.These people should be ashamed for taking peoples money and misrepresenting their property so extremely.Stay away. There are tons of other reputable hotels in the area. To call this a boutique hotel is a joke!P.S. I have plenty of photos to enforce my allegations.
