Stay away! Unprofessional unreliable does half a** work. All I can say is STAY AWAY. ****************** is a contractor in ***************** PA who is not reliable does not communicate nickel and dimes you and does not finish his work.I first used his services about 2 years ago and the project was splitting one large bedroom into two bedrooms. We spoke and decided on a price as well as how payment was to be scheduled. That project went well and gave me confidence that he was a good contractor and reliable. The next 3 projects took place in 2024 begining in April where we had ****** paint the living room kitchen and upstairs hallway. I supplied the paint and was willing to supply all materials. I was given a price of ****** since we are neighbors. Midway through the job ****** asks for an additional ****** per his girlfriend ***** whom he says is his business partner saying he undercharged the job. ****** then tried to justify it further saying it required a second coat. As far as the job I would give what he did a 7 out of 10. He left many things undone such as painters tape left up screws missing from outlets removed the paint job was ok but had a lot of mistakes I had to fix. The job also included fixing a area in the ceiling damaged by a leak to which he was to cut that section out patch it and paint. He was also to install a valve on the water line so that a new refrigerator with water pump could be installed. He failed to install the valve failed to complete the repainting of the patch and failed to check his work. He was paid in full for his work. The next project was jacking up the ceiling as the ceiling has a dip. His price was 3000 which included 200 for material and 2800 for labor. This was started June 1 about and did not end until August 1. During which time ****** failed to show many times failed to communicate. Because of inconsistency unprofessionalism failure to communicate I fired him. Stay away save yourself the headache. Definitely NOT worth the trouble.
