    I would highly recommend not using D&C Pool Contracotrs to install a pool or a pool liner. Pool City uses them for liner replacements, but seriously need to consider other companies. Read other reviews on this company. (D&C Pools)We had them replace our pool liner, which resulted in several issues. One issue were the holes in the liner just above the water level in front of the support post. **** the owner insisted these were from the staples in the box that the liner came in. He dismisses any possibility that the liner was pulled over the metal plate on top of the support post by one of the two installers. So, we now have a brand new pool liner with holes in it already. D&C pools never offered to come out and at least patch the holes.Another issue was that the installers did not bring any sand, after we were told three times that we did not need to get any sand, because the installers will bring sand. The lead installer said he did not bring sand, because he did not have any room in his truck. We explained there was a gully along the pool wall that needed filled in. The owner **** insisted that the installers brought sand and even gave some BS story about how they could not run the wheelbarrow up the steps if the pool.Another issue was rock under the liner towards the edge of the pool. This more than likely happened, because after the installers told us no sand was needed, they started moving sand from the middle of the pool area out towards the walls. Another issue, is when they cut out the old liner, the run the utility knife against the inside of the pool wall. This leaves a potential for a metal **** to cut the new liner, or expose the coating of the inside wall of the pool. I could go on and on, but please do not use this company for any work on your pool. They are terrible and blame any issues on everyone else. Do not let them on your property.
