BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging issues with Delivery, Sales, Refund or Exchange, and Customer Service. Consumers allege that they ordered and paid for products, but never received them. Customers state they ordered a product listed for sale on the website, but later received an email stating the item was out of stock. Consumers state they requested a refund but never received one. Consumers state they were told they could return their engine core for a refund, but once returned the refund was not provided as expected. Customers claim they tried to contact the business about their concerns, but their emails and phone calls were not returned.
