  Thank you for my order Cppdiesel. I got the heater grid delete kit with air intake horn installed today on my 2015 6.7 cummins. It looks great and fit perfect. Thank you for responding to each one of my emails with questions. I understand it took a little time but the price for this heater grid delete kit was worth it. It was the best price I could find.   On November 8, 2024, I hired CPP Diesel to ship my existing Cummins 6.7L Long block to their location, for them to rebuild and ship back to me. After several months, I have reached out to see what the hold up was. I have been getting the runaround and lies. Just for them to write me back finally March 11, 2025 making the excuse that the motor was unusable and that it was burnt between 2 cylinders. Also they claim that they had to source and engine block and head. Since then, I've made every effort to reach out to get a completion date. Requested for it to be sent back and my money returned. They said there is no money back return. How can that be when the service hasn't been rendered? I have filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania States Attorney General, and think all the rest of you should folllow suite. This business is HORRIBLE. Don't do IT!

  Literally same situation as everyone else.. company can not deliver parts that are paid for and they will not answer the phone or emails. No refund has been issued. Do not EVER do business with *** or owner *****.

  Im adding a review because I wasnt happy with CPP Diesel originally. I felt like I was getting the run around and my son gave up on ever seeing him motor. But, after many calls and conversations with ***** and ****** my son received his motor. Though it took longer than expected I am thankful that they came through with their promises. Ive worked in customer service for over 30 years and understand that pleasing every customer is very important. Sometimes its impossible but you continue to work to please your customers. Im happy that they came through for my son and that they told me if my son has any questions or needs any help not to hesitate in calling them. Id like to thank them for coming through.

  If I could do 0 stars I would. This company is nothing but a rip off. I ordered a engine 10/23/2020 and have yet to receive a refund, engine or even a update. Noone will answer the phone or emails. Today's date is 08/21/2024

  Terrible business. Order was delayed. Reached multiple times and got want response. Then got no response. Was told order was in hand ready to ship. Placed order. Then 3 weeks later order still hasnt shipped. Called and emailed multiple times with no response. No going to have to dispute the credit card payment to get money back cause the will not communicate with me. Will never do business with these people again. In courage everyone to not do business with these people. To many other good companys that sell the same products to have to ever deal with these people again!! Also think they should be shutdown!

  This company is a SCAM! Took my money for cab lights, waited weeks with no answer. After fighting to get someone on the phone, the woman said they could not get the lights and would refund my money. Which they NEVER refunded my money, and have since BLOCKED my phone number from even calling. This company is nothing more than a scam and deserves shut down. Filed a dispute with my bank in hopes to get my money back, will see how that goes.

  In addition to filing this CPP Diesel review here, I have filed a report to the Federal Trade Commission, as I recommend everyone do, who has had money taken by this company. The Pennsylvania State Attorney General is my next stop to file a report, as it should be yours if this company has stolen your money. To protect future consumers, this company must be shut down and the only way to achieve this is our collective effort reporting what has taken place to every agency who will listen to our stories. I purchased a 12 valve Cummins conversion ready takeout engine on 5 Nov, 2023 for $6,100 dollars, utilizing Affirm's buy now pay later option. I paid in full shortly after. A week later after no response to multiple emails, I called CPP Diesel and finally got to speak to ***** (the owner). My goal was to find out when the engine was estimated to ship. He initially would not give me any kind of estimation, claiming it was impossible to do, so I asked how long other customers have had to wait. Finally got him to review his customer records (or at least pretend to) and he said the wait is about 2 to 3 months, on average, based on recent past performance. He claimed his business delivers hundreds of this engine and I am in a long waiting line. It has now been almost 3 months since I made the purchase. I have not heard anything since I last spoke to ***** on Nov 27, 2023. I strongly believe ***** has taken my money with no intention of delivering product. I recommend not doing any kind of business with his company on any level for your own protection.
