    The scammed me and sent me 2 orders, when I only got one confirmation and one email. No phone calls and customer support told me I placed the exact same order twice. I didn't Beware of this website.

    My last batch of cigars stunk. Unfortunately I was working on another batch before and by the time I got to my new order it was well past the return deadline. Emailed asking what I should do just to be told I'm SOL almost three weeks later. So much for no question too small or guaranteed satisfaction.

    I've had great shipping, price matching and incredible cigars. The one time I had a minor price-matching issue, the customer service department took care of it promptly.

    I have made numerous purchases over 12 years. They tend to have very competative pricing but recently, horrible customer service. My last order made December 3 of 2 five packs of the same cigar arrived with only one 5 pack. Checked the website and it showed they are in stock. I called customer service and was told she couldn't figure out why only one was shipped and would get back with me. Never received a return call. I called and was told the online inventory was incorrect and they do not have any more in stock and didn't know when or if they would have more. (The online invertory still showed them in stock.) I puchased more from another seller. On January 2 I received an email my order shipped. My account did not show anything being shipped. I called customer service and had a rep that was very unpleasant at best to find out what was sent. It was the cigars that should have been shipped in December. I requested the order to be canceled and was told she couldn't do that and would need to call back the next day. She did and was told they have canceled the order and were having USPS send the package back to them. Sounded great except none of that happened. I tried their online chat and was told they were unable to cancel the order. So now I can either refuse the package and deal with a refund or keep it and chalk it up to a lesson learned. The CEO touts how important customers are and their customer service is the best. Not in my experience. I beleive a company is only as good as how it deals with problems and this was a complete fail.

    This is easily the best website, company I have seen. I have ordered maybe 15 times and they've all been easy and timely delivery. I've recommended them many times. Compared to what smoke shops charge, this is a absolute steal. The website is the best I've seen. It gives the price, size and availability all in 1 view. Other websites dont do this. I'm a rideshare driver in los angles, orange county and have recommended them maybe 7-8 times not to mention social media. Just hope they dont go anywhere. Best I've seen.

    Ordered a special on Black Friday and received it in a couple of days. Packed nicely. Free items and most of all the sticks were fresh when I smoked it.

    We placed an order and were never informed, until we messaged and called, that our order never shipped. We are military so our billing address in not always our shipping address. We were informed that "an email was sent" but we never received that email. They also cancelled the order instead of reaching out any other way. Facts of the matter: 1. They treat military poorly. 2. Their communication is horrible. 3. Their policies are not communicated at checkout regarding "first time orders" They should NOT be A+ rated by the BBB.
