    Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on coffee through this company this year alone. They even acknowledged that in the email they sent me after my recent order was not delivered to my home. It was delivered someplace else and cannot be found. I have the ring camera and told him I can even show them the footage of the postman dropping off my mail that day with no package. They told me that in this case I have to file a claim with the post office and a police report. I am a direct sales consultant myself and never have I experienced such poor customer service. I do not recommend this company for anything because if your package gets lost, you will be out the money. They do not do anything to help you. The consultant who I purchased through quit today after they would not fulfill my order. Buy from anybody else, including ****** never from this company!

    Java Momma has been my go to coffee for several years. Their Amaretto is my favorite. They have quality coffee that is hand roasted, quick shipping, and fantastic customer service. Its run by a small staff and they roast on demand, for such a small company they deliver big! Any time I have had a question or needed to contact them, ****** has been quick to respond and resolves my issues immediately. Buy with confidence from this small PA ******** you wont regret it.
