    i ordered donuts from ******* DD for my wedding a week before my wedding. They said we would make them fresh the day of. Yesterday 7-27-2024 i had my mom pick up the donuts and the lady working their said our order was allready picked up??? no one picked the order up they either gave it to the wrong customer or they never made them. My mom had to wait over an hour.. hours before the wedding... for them to make the donuts and never gave her a discount or money back which was rediculous. The donuts sucked they were dry the icing was not on both side of the donuts they honestly tasted like 4 day old donuts. I would have been better off getting ******* bakery donuts. I will never buy donuts, coffee or anything from ******* DD ever again. I will never buy anything from any Dunkin location because of this whole situation.

    I recently visited the Dunkin in Cresson and had a delightful experience. The location is convenient with ample parking, making it easy to stop by whether youre in a rush or planning to stay for a bit.The staff was friendly and efficient, taking my order with a smile and ensuring everything was prepared correctly. The coffee was fresh and just the right temperature, exactly what I needed to start my day. I tried their signature donuts, which were deliciously fresh and perfectly glazed.The store was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy seating area that made for a pleasant environment to enjoy my coffee. The service was quick, which I appreciated during my morning rush.Overall, its a great spot for a quick coffee run or a relaxing break. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for quality coffee and excellent service.
