    Its absolutely unethical for a company not to inform someone BEFORE they purchase a product that delivery will be two to three weeks. In my case, almost three. You dont disclose that AFTER the order is placed. It should be disclosed BEFORE, so that the customer can decide before its too late if they really want to wait that long for a product that could be delivered much quicker from many other vendors for the same price. If there really is no way to get products to people sooner, so be it. But that is something that should be disclosed BEFORE taking the persons money. NO ONE these days expects to wait two-three weeks to get one small package. I also think its very shoddy that the customer service number goes to a voice mail message that essentially tells you theyll get back to you whenever because they prioritize another type of customer over you. (Really, call the customer service number and hear the message). I will not buy from this company again. I dont care how long someone has been in business, that doesnt mean they do everything right. And not disclosing how long it will take for products to be delivered BEFORE the customer commits to the purchase is NOT good business practice.

    Placed my order on Friday. They took my money and they cancelled my order the next day. Its been a week and while I have sent numerous email asking for a refund, they do not respond. Tried to call but no one answers. ******* says to leave a voicemail then it says you cannot leave a voicemail and hangs up on me. They have taken my money and are never sending my product.

    I have done business with the company for years with great success and kind assistance, UNTIL this time. I ordered a product that apparently was shipped by **** (not informed of this and the tracking just always stated shipped and never anything else, and no email that it was delivered to a community mailbox. It sat in the heat for over a week when I contacted them, then it was blamed on me". This is only one of the comments received: "We are surprised you did not check your mailbox daily after a few days after making the order if you were expecting a package forthcoming." Beyond rude, condescending, outright inappropriate, and nowhere close to professional. I called the next day to file a complaint with the management and obviously, I was dealing with the same person who didn't even state the business when answering the phone so I had to ask and he mumbled something inaudible. I asked for a manager and he asked what I needed and I stated the manager. He hung up on me. Very sad.
