    On Christmas Eve 2023 we were traveling back home from **** to ******** after visiting one of our children, when our van broke down. We contacted our insurance company to get a tow. Not only did **** respond to the request when many others wouldn't (we weren't located in his normal service area), he actually went out of his way and repaired our van so we could ********************. Without him, we would have been stranded for several days away from home while staying in a hotel and waiting for our vehicle to get repaired. His extraordinary efforts allowed myself, my wife and three of our children to get back home in time to celebrate Christmas with the rest of our family. Not only did he provide amazing service, but I was also ************** to spend several hours with ****, and he is an absolutely amazing guy. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use him again. He was truly a Christmas miracle for my family. Thanks ****!!
