    Upon further observation and analysis, our experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. Initially, we regarded the issues as minor, but upon closer inspection, we are overwhelmed with buyer's remorse. The quality of the workmanship is abysmal and lacks attention to detail. Despite ongoing communication with ****, we fear that the company will only make minimal efforts to address our concerns. The overall result of the job is unsatisfactory, and we question the competence of the individuals involved. From a cracked surround wall to holes in our ceiling, incorrect hardware color, a leaking shower head, and a haphazard caulking job, the list of deficiencies is extensive. Furthermore, the failure to use greenboard as promised during the consultation, opting instead for plywood, raises concerns about potential mold issues. This mirrors our previous experience, where only plaster was used behind the walls, prompting us to undertake this remodel in the first place. Given the significant investment we made in this project, the outcome feels like a scam. We demand more than just superficial fixes; substantial action is required to rectify these issues. The value we received does not justify the expense, leaving us profoundly disappointed. We strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

    Terrible customer service. You get pressured into buying. We paid to have a service to be completed in a day and a half. We are 2 weeks out and still have miss matched parts in our shower. Call to speak to someone, promise to get a call back right away. 3 hours later and unable to answer, then send an email about a ticket for repair. They have no clue what is going on with our install. After everything we have gone through we had asked for a call from management to discuss a discount. If they think the project is complete, they dropped the ball on calling us after the completion. Paid way too much for this. If you have a second bathroom, I would suggest using another company
