    I have been a long time customer and never had an issue with my orders unless an item was on back order. On my recent order 1 of the 4 items I ordered was left out of the delivery package. I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit for the missing item. Very good customer service except they did not offer or ask if I would still like to have the item shipped out to me. For that reason I think there was a lack of good business. I ordered my item from another company and now I'm not sure if I will return to LuckyVitamin for future orders.

    I like the selection of products, but they did have more options before. I like to shop here for various products, and I like the ease of purchasing and the free shipping option.

    As a first time customer I’m super excited about the current sale and the new customer savings I was offered. I was able to buy four products for less than the price of three!! And free shipping. I did peruse the site for quite some time and ended up not purchasing many items I was interested in because the prices were too high for my budget. Hence the 4 stars out of 5. I already forwarded the $10 coupon to friends I thought would be interested so I truly did like my experience. Great sale for me as a first time customer.

    I'm giving 2 stars because I don't like when a company pulls a fast one I was given a 20% off coupon for a first time buyer one of the reasons I bought from their site was because it stated free shipping with over 25 dollar purchase well after a used the 20% code then I was charged shipping . So I bought anyway but I wouldn't recommend and most likely won't purchase from them again and my purchase was still over 25 dollars.
