Worst unorganized company I have ever received a job offer from. They black ball you if you complain to corporate office. How does the receptionist have decision making duties? After complaining to corporate about ft. Myers communications skills I missed 3 weeks of work and never got any calls to start post promise. The only good thing about the company was the independent contractor that taught the class.

They are the most lowest security company I have ever worked for due to the fact of me working for them and being a outstanding guard for the client. They always want to cheat you out your money for no reason; when you put your work in to earn that. so why not pay? You cannot get a whole of anybody in human resources & plus the branch offices don't have any information.

Allied Universal guards are thoroughly UNtrained and frequently violate citizens' rights. I've been denied service by these idiots at a public place because they didn't like my motorcycle helmet (it's the kind with speakers and a microphone). They said I could use it to eavesdrop (what?) and I had to leave it outside (not leaving my $500 helmet outside) or I could come in. When I said that was bull crap (for obvious reasons) they threatened to get me trespassed. Had to come back to zoning and planning a different day. Since then I've seen tons of videos on Youtube where they treat other people just as poorly (or worse). Don't use them. Don't deal with them. I won't go to a business that uses them anymore.

If you have medical conditions and you give them to the account manager then he feels the need to tell everyone and their brothers sister about how you have a private medical condition. Also since we are a Union Site its even worse. Its on rotation on whos check gets shorted every week. You take a PTO day for what ever reason you get yelled at for taking an extra day off besides your 2 days you already have off. If you are sick especially with the cold, Flu, or even Covid-19 going around and if you are not physically able to get up and go to work you still have to show up to work sick or not. If you get a promotion the supervisor that is in that spot will mentally beat you down. Drag your name through the mud and the dirt. They will call you stupid to everyone else but refused to train you since that is their job. When you ask for help about your new job and trying to get a better understanding about it they will refused to answer or even when they do answer you get told that youre stupid to your face and will talk to you like youre an idiot. You are worked to near death. If your partner has health issues and you are needed at the hospital when the supervisor and the account manager are told about that you are needed in the hospital for your partner you get threated with loosing your job and its not a VALID ENOUGH EXCUSE to take off work and if you dont show up for work on your scheduled you are at risk of loosing your job. You are treated like less than dirt. You are talked to like you are stupid and worthless. I would not want my worst enemy to work here. They get tired of the hostile work environment but all they do is hire people who are the problem. We get threatened daily by supervisors and other employees but no one wants to take account of whats going on due to the fact we are so short staffed and they will brush everything under the rug no matter what it is. We have 6 people quit in a weeks time from due to one supervisor and no one wants to do anything.

WORST CONTRACT SECURITY COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH! THEY HAVE FAILED TO PAY ME ON TIME ON 3 SEPRATE OCCASIONS! THE FIELD SUPERVISER FOR SOUTHEAST IDAHO IS AN INCOMPETENT FOOL.

I hope Allied Universal gets sued providing false health insurance benefits that don't work for employees. I obviously think Allied Universal is trying to kill those security officers and sees them as warm bodies that can easily be replaced by another body if the previous security officer dies of a heart attack or suffers an asthmatic attack because the benefits offered by the company does not cover the healthcare needed to take care of their health. The paychecks were a joke. I was only getting $400 or less every pay check despite not having military drill weekend the previous week. Allied Universal Security can go pound sand.

They scheduled my Fiancée for 48 hours in total of training required by them, and did not pay him while he was in training. They also scheduled it the same days he typically has been working and they did not even try to make up for the missed hours so he could be compensated for the time lost that was in training.
