Overall, I was content with the publication of my book ****** *** ******** ****: *** ****** ** * ******** ****** produced for me by Page Publishing Inc. While the art work for the book cover and the page layout were excellent, the editing was the worst I had ever encountered. Each time I reviewed my book I discovered errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation as well as repetitious statements that took 4 to 6 weeks each time to be corrected before moving to the next stage. I paid Page Publishing a large sum for this publication yet I was charged a large fee if I discovered errors, (that they should have corrected) after the editing stage had passed. EDITING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT NEED OF A WRITER, so what good is a publishing company if they don't focus on ensuring that there are no errors whether they are using AI or a real person. If I could have spoken to the editor (if there was one) much of my frustration may have been spared. Even after my book was published, my friends found errors. HOW EMBARRASSING FOR BOTH PAGE PUBLISHING AND FOR ME! Their one saving ***** was the Coordinator they assigned to me.

Our apologies about your experience with Page Publishing.You indicated that the editing, time frames and revision costs are the reasons for your dissatisfaction. However, our records in your account indicate that the editing process and length of time for your corrections did not occur as you described them. For example, your rather large book had over ****** initial corrections completed to your manuscript. As you are aware we follow the Chicago Manual of Style when completing our edits. There were many rounds where you did not follow the require format in which we request from authors to ensure the edits are completed efficiently. Therefore, without proper guidance the editors were not always able to find every instance that you requested a change. With that being, said our editors are human and editing a book as large as yours is subject to some human error, which is why we ask that the author, who knows the book better than anyone, to review the manuscript as well. This brings us to your next concern with the time frames, after reviewing our records, there was never an instance where your corrections took more than two weeks to complete. Of course, initial files will take longer, but this is presented to you as we move into each phase so you are well aware. The only instances where it took a few weeks to get anything back were the times that you were reviewing those items. Which is perfectly fine and we encourage authors to take their time in reviewing their manuscripts.Lastly, you mention a large fee to correct mistakes. The only fee you were charged was for your revision that was completed after the printing of your book. Our records also indicate that you sent your final approval to your publication coordinator on 9/18/23 which provides the fee should you find any changes you want made after the book is printed. Which is why we always explain why the final approval process is so important. The fee is also not a fee of Page Publishing, this is what the printer charges to swap files out and re-upload them to the retailers.We pride ourselves on our reputation in the local community and welcome further discussion to hopefully resolve your issue. The ***** ***** ***** is my first book published. Page Publishing did their very best to bring it to life. I am very happy with the results. Everything turned out to my satisfaction and was done professionally. There has been ongoing communication with myself and Page Publishing since the very beginning. ************************* worked as my Publication Coordinator. She called me on the phone to introduce herself. From there she followed up with every step of the publication process via email. I was kept informed of everything. ************** was my first point of contact at Page Publishing. He took time to listen to the plot of my book. I submitted my manuscript and everything took off from there. When I received copies of my book for review I was amazed. I am glad that Page Publishing took the time to work with me.Page Publishing

New to this venture.. Was not sure where to begin to getting book published. Read about Page Publishing online and feedback from other writers. So far so the process has been excellent. Have paid all the fees, received hard copy as well as paper copies and am thrilled to see all my hard work in paper form. Can finally say that I am an author that has been published, even though it was myself paying to have it published. Only in the beginning stages of this new venture, but Page Publishing has been wonderful in guiding me through the process, has been there for any questions that I have asked and so far there has not been a disappointment with any of the people working with Page Publishing. So far in this venture, I give them a 5 out of 5 stars. I have written eight more books and intend to continue to get these eight books published though Page Publishing. Wishing all writers the best and going through Page Publishing is my choice of publishing firms.Page Publishing

I have been with Page Publishing since 2017 and I will continue to send in my manuscripts until I am no longer on this planet. It's because of people like *************************** as well as the entire staff at Page Publishing, that I am where I am in my quest to become a more polished and published author. When I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017, they helped me by working patiently with me until I was back on my feet and ready to get my title **** *** *** *** ******" published and into the marketplace. What a lot of budding authors fail to realize is this: You get out of your investment what you put into it. It requires a monetary investment, time, patience and a willingness to do the heavy lifting of self-promoting. "No pain, No gain". Writing is no different, than singing or acting. If you are a lousy singer or actor, because you won't invest in yourself, you only have yourself to blame. I would recommend and have recommended, Page Publishing to anyone. Page Publishing and ******************* have been as advertised and then some. **** has been there to help me through the process step by step from the beginning. She has gotten back to me right away and answered all my questions. This is a fairly long and detailed process and it's a big deal to get a book published.
