  I dragged my feet for years when it came to publishing my first book* *** *** ***** ***** * Not knowing where to start and what to do was daunting. Then I was introduced to Page Publishing and their instant enthusiasm and support for the book and me as a first-time author changed everything. Working with ******* **** as my coordinator made the process even easier. If I had a question, she responded within 24 hours. If I wasn't sure about something, she patiently clarified. It took me a minute to figure out the portal, but that too became a simple task. The project timing was just as they said it would be. The marketing support and so forth was exactly as described. I couldn't be happier - and the thrill of seeing T** *** ***** ***** ** ******* ************************* and now in the homes of those kind enough to write reviews is a feeling best described as something close to euphoric. Thank you Page for everything. You make me want to write more, so hopefully we'll do it again with another book.

  I had my book published by Page Publishing, they did a good job. But once that was done, they disappeared, they recorded enough sales to almost reach a commission check then no more sales for three years. Even though family, friends, business acquaintances and strangers have told me they have enjoyed my book.

  We are sorry the authors sales have not been what he expected. However, we respectfully disagree with his review.Firstly, ****************** does have sales for the 2024 year, he can view this on his author portal. Also, we can certify that the reports presented to you have been accurate according to the data that we receive from ******; suspected discrepancies would infer that ****** has a flawed reporting system (something that we have never encountered with thousands of titles under our belt). Should you still believe that there is an accounting error, we will be happy to take up the matter with ****** personally, but only with sufficient evidence. To support this argument, we would need to show that there were indeed more net retail sales than overall wholesale books sold. In other words, ******* BookScan would have to show more books sold since the initial publication date of your book than what we have reported as total units being sold by ******. Without this information, we do not have a solid base from which to file a complaint. Therefore, we have no obligation to perform an investigation on Ingrams sales figures without some form of irrefutable evidence.We would be more than happy to connect ****************** with our Senior Accounts Manager to further discuss his concerns. If this is something ****************** would be interested in, he can make this request to his Publication Coordinator and they will ensure this is set up.

  I just completed publishing my second book, The Big Melt, with the team at Page Publishing. My coordinator, ********, was a phenomenal help as we navigated edits, page design, revisions, and cover design. I went with Page Publishing for my second book because they did a marvelous job with my first book, ******* ********, and the sales exceeded my expectations.   I think this (PP) company has been a headache!! I recently signed with the company as a first time author January. I was so excited to finally publish my first book ever. But, I was immediately let down, when I realized there was hardly any communication with my coordinator. I kept receiving emails the first couple of months. I requested for her to call me, but its was like she was avoiding me. She continued with the email after a couple of requested phone calls. I kept noticing they were not following the guidelines that I had submitted to them. I was pointless to give directions if they weren't going to follow them. So, kept having to point out the issues with the page design. Then when it came to the cover page. Which was the most important part of the book. Of course they didn't add anything to it like I had been requesting. After voicing my concerns, my coordinator finally manage to get them on board with the cover page. I finally view it and it wasn't what I was hoping for. But to avoid any more issues I expected it. But then I noticed something else. They went ahead and priced my book without consulting me. Luckily the price was close to what I wanted so, I went ahead and expected the price. Which I still have not receive the price list I was purpose to view. So, I'm still paying more money even though they only have it on a couple of promised platforms. I feel like this company take advantage of a lot people. And they only work on your book after they get their payments. Which was not explained to me or even explained in the Itinerary. My book is pending on advisement until I complete my final payments. Its a terrible way to do business.

  Our apologies about your experience with Page Publishing.You indicated that guidelines (your corrections) weren't followed, you weren't consulted with the price of your book and your book is pending advertisement are the reasons for your dissatisfaction. However, our records in your account indicate that the page design phase, cover design phase and advertising of your book did not occur as you described them. For example, you had requested a gold border around your images, and these were completed in the next round. The cover design you supplied was placed initially exactly how you submitted it, typically when an author supplies artwork we do not adjust the artwork but when you requested it we offered that courtesy to you. As for the price of your book, our records indicate that you spoke with your publication coordinator on 7/18/24 and she explained the breakdown of the price to you. Lastly, the reason your book is only and Amazon and ************** at this time is because the other retailers are strictly for eBooks and we are waiting for your eBook to be completed. Once it has been then your book will be on the other sites and advertising will commence.We pride ourselves on our reputation in the local community and welcome further discussion to hopefully resolve your issue.   Page Publishing was referred to me by a friend who also used the company, and they certainly delivered what I expected of them. ****** * is - and has been - my publishing coordinator, and he has answered all my questions in a timely manner and adequately. I am considering using this company again for my next book, and I hope to get assigned ****** again. Of course, this is a self-publishing company, so your success depends entirely on how good your book is and how good you can sell it. Page Publishing has so far held up their end of the agreement in the marketing category. I was also satisfied with the finished product - my book. Page isn't just a vanity publisher, they actually review your manuscript and edit it for grammar, syntax, and word choice. They will ensure your book is grammatically correct, and if you - the author - intentionally write something with incorrect grammar for dramatic effect, the publisher will go with your override. The only issue I have had so far was with the cover design. They sent me their design, and I was able to send my feedback with changes. When they implemented the changes, another visual issue arose that was very noticeable which they overlooked, so I had to send it back for the new correction. This delayed the project a few weeks. Overall, I hope to use this company again.
