      Great experience. Very courteous and polite employees. Understanding salesperson. Quality windows. Hard working crew (in the rain!) I would definitely recommend.

      This is a recap of the overall experience, in no particular order.Firstly, the transformation of our home was quite dramatic and we are happy with the part, but.....Their sales pitch is very well scripted. He left us alone at the right times to go out his car for a sample, knowing we would discuss the project. Also, I'm not a fan of "this price is only good until I walk out the door" approach.Their inspectors and the crew ******* do not communicate very well. The FM tried to get an additional fee for wrapping the frieze board on our home. It was there at the time of the estimate and inspection so I would not approve. Did a hack job to work around it instead of removing the board and doing it the right way. Also still finding many areas that I feel should have been caulked but I'm not an expert.Warning. A year later still finding cut off pieces of siding and nails. If our grandchildren or dog would have found those in a foot or paw this would have a very different ending.A single cut piece of siding fell off because they had to cut off the nailing fin and it doesn't properly lock into the piece below. Took several days and and several emails for them the come and fix it "the first time". That same piece has fallen off again and I was told it'll be 6 weeks before they can get out to repair. That is obscene and there is no empathy or compassion on the side of their customer service reps. **** have the "it is what it is" mentality. Zero pride in the company.Finally, I would not recommend the electronic approval of the work until you are 110% happy as one of their own documents suggests even though the live representative will push you to approve. The minute you approve it, your credit card that they just needed on file is charged and there is no reason for them to satisfy their obligation, we are proof of that.Price others first and if you still feel the need to price Power, do so at your own risk.

      The sales person was great! She explained everything from A-Z. The workers and manager were very good. They listened to both my elderly parents and I. We had our gutters and siding done! In a couple of days! Looks great! We also uncovered further mold and roof damage for which they’ll return to do in a few days. Their workmanship and timeliness is superb. I had to call their customer support as well and they also were very top notch. Overall great experience and company.

      ***** and **** were amazing. We did a walk through the house to check all the windows. they made sure that we were happy with all the work that had been done by their fantastic crew. The whole experience has been *********** and the people have been very pleasant.

      The overall experience was great as the work was done in a timely manner and the windows and gutters looked great. The only mishap was communication but they made the necessary adjustments.

      We hired power to replace windows in 2016 & 2025 and we are very pleased with the service and installation. They are very clean and organized- we highly recommend them to anyone that needs windows replacement!
