    If I have to be fair to write this review, I’d simply say, do NOT put your trust here, it’s not worth it. Working with DbSchenker was an expensive mistake which lost us not only tons of money, but also plenty of time and energy that could otherwise be put to something more productive. Their typical scenario to deal with the client is displaying a major lack of basic empathy and understanding, looting people off their money by underperforming, forging the communication and then lashing out when you point out the gaps. Their entire team lacks ownership, professionalism and regard for the client. They scheduled the meetings and does not attend. Despite being high paying client, we were delivered zero results which eventually led us to resort to other services to clean up after DbSchenker unprofessional work. DbSchenker claim of being 150 years old company but they do not know the simple processes. Information sought on separate occasions was irrelevant, never transmitted to the authorities and shared the dubious responses. When they have their staff on vacation, there is no one to carry forward the pending communication for months. Honestly, as a good-paying client, we expected DbSchenker to do better than this and deliver on the promises made. Instead, we were offered very disappointing services and nightmarish results.
