      It is just like every other person one this site , they refuse to quit charging my bank account! The continuous try to charge my bank account even though we canceled them a year ago, I am going to go after them for theft for removing money from my account without just cause. Stay away from this Company by the way their POS system sucks go with Toast it is ten times better!

      This is by far the worse company to do business with. They promised in-person training and when we were ready to train there was nobody that could come to train. When there is a problem you will be on the phone 2-3 hours and will be on hold for the majority of the time instead of trying to help you. When you have a question they will not have an answer right then for you and again will leave you on hold for several minutes. The cc part is a scam and so is their fees. I would highly recommend nobody to do business with them. They do not care about their customers either.

      Never do business with this company! After MONTHS of attempting to close our account, paid contract cancellation fee and continued to debit monthly fees. Multiple emails, phone calls and countless "tickets" they will still not close our account. Worst customer service EVER as no one will call you back like they say they will nor any attempt to resolve the issues. Talk about a merry-go-round of "it takes 24 hrs", next call "it takes 3 to 5 days"...blah, blah, blah...that's all they do, The worst company I have ever dealt with.

      Stay away from them. August 2022 I got sucked into switching my current payment processing company into shift4 by a representative who came into my business saying there was no obligations and I could always walk away if I didn’t like their system. Long story short I sold my business in June 2023. I contacted the same representative and notified I wanted to cancel with them and get the return label (I have text messages between us) he said we need to wait till August to do that because contract was signed digitally. August 29th I call the company they said I should have called before the 17th now I renewed the contract for another year and no one can help me with that even after I emailed text messages between their representative and I proving that I notified 2 months earlier. No one returning emails and texts anymore and with last call they said it would be $365 to cancel right now. These people are scammers and their employees treat you like garbage. Stay away people!!!!

      Do not use been in a battle with them for months know still charging me fees that was not in my contact, even installer told me they forced him out and the fees they were charging me was not valid they still will not fix and I have been working with a lawyer know to sue them

      FROM THE LOOKS OF IT SEEMS THIS COMPANY HAS HAD MANY SIMILAR COMPLAINTS PLUS THE SERVICE AND SYSTEM IS REALLY BAD DOWN MOST OF THE TIME I DID'T HAVE TIME TO SPEND ON PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT I HAD A BUSINESS TO RUN I TOLD SALESMAN I WAS IN PROCESS OF SELLING BUSINESS AT THE START I SOLD MY BUSINESS CANCELLED THE SERVICE THEY GAVE A TICKET NUMBER BUT THEY NEVER SENT ME LABEL OR ADDRESS WHERE TO SEND BACK EQUIPMENT I KEPT ON ASKING AFTER TWO MONTHS TODAY I WAS TOLD I NEED TO FILL OUT A FORM WHICH WAS FILLED OUT ALREADY I PRINTED AND SENT BACK WITH CORRECTED INFORMATION. NOW WHAT NEXT?

      We had harbor touch and shift4 for two businesses. One business we had to program all of our inventory ourselves and it took us quite some time. Not only was I charged my regular monthly fees while not using it, which we knew would happen, we were charged for inactivity and charged outrageous credit card processing fees while not using the system. Every time we tried to cancel this service because we didn’t like the system, the salesman or the company made it a huge hassle with many long phone calls that resulted in never resolving issues. We finally came to an agreement to buy out our contract to be done with them and every time we tried to pay the balance it was more 2 hour phone calls where nothing ever gets resolved. They send you emails about sending you to collections but they make it so difficult just to pay the balance, you never when it is taken care of. We don’t want to fill out paperwork or make 25 different calls to pay a balance that we never wanted to pay anyway because the service is so bad. We switched over to Exatouch and have had zero issues, we haven’t even had to call a customer service representative, and there has been no hidden fees. Crooks

      Charges closed businesses exorbitant “inactivity” fees. Continue to withdraw money from our account with no notice after speaking with Linsey Ext#3777 who said, I quote “Your account is due to close today” and “No further charges” will be made.

      One of the worst psp's anyone can deal with. Fantastic in incompetence and horrible in any form of support. Their internal staff training has to be zero for such a pathetic response they provide without fail. High charges, unexplained fees, taking forever to resolve a simple matter... this is the typical shift4 for you.

      DO NOT USE this company. Everything that was promised was a lie. I was told no fees just a % of the total. Guess what I have a $25 every month plus a higher % than promised. They won't let me out of the so called contract.
