      In my opinion, would NOT recommend this business. Did not complete all work on estimate. Verbally promised a credit with a handshake. Would not provide a written credit. Never received ANY credit. Poor Service. Rude and unprofessional management. "Regional Mgr." no support. ZERO customer service. Very bad experience and very poor customer service experience.

      I became aware of frame rust on my 2011 *** a couple of months ago, that would have to be repair in order to pass state inspection. I found RRI via an internet search. It took one appointment to get an estimate, and a second appointment to get the work done, I was told it would take at least two days and possibly three, but it was done in two. RRI made the repair, and did a fantastic job, at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The shop that had alerted me to the rust and later performed the inspection, said it was the best rust repair work they had ever seen.

      In 2020, R&R did a rust repair that was excellent. July 9, I go in to make an appt for rust repair required to pass inspection. The owner gives me an August 26 appt stating it will take 2 days. Drop my car off 8/26. Two days later (Friday) they haven't started, staff out with COVID, etc.. Okay, I'll pick the car up and drop it off Sunday night and am told if I take my car out of line, they won't do the work until October. I leave it. Five days later, they still haven't started the car and not ONE phone call with the status of the car!!! The owner was all about how short-staffed he was and not one apology for the lack of communication. Picked up my car, took it to Precision Auto Body in Jefferson Hills and repairs were done in 2 days. The quality of their work may be good, but R&R will treat you like crap! As far as Robert the owner is concerned, it's all about him! Beware if you're not in a position to rent a car while this place jerks you around on completion date. A few simple phone calls and some flexibility could have resolved this, but the owner only sees things from his perspective, customer service be damned!
