    This place is dog s*** The general manager seems to point her finger at a lot of different things and clearly hasnt learned that as the lead manager, the buck stops with her. The previous general manager was a joy to see and deal with. ********************* skill is blaming others, whether it is the customer, former staff, or the dreaded computer. Read reviews elsewhere too; if youre bold enough to leave your pup with them, theres some really scary things that go on at this place. Im disappointed in myself for allowing my dogs to go there as long as we did with the team that is there now. Would be extremely upset to find out that my dog was treated the way that some of the dogs were in the various pictures, videos, and stories going around. This place should be shut down.

    We care deeply about the safety and well-being of every dog, and understand the level of trust placed in us to ensure the community's loved ones are treated with the utmost care. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of mistreatment of animals, and we frequently re-train all employees on our protocols and processes, which are all based on the Fear Free methodology. We also offer tours to the public of our facility at any time, and invite all potential clients or pet owners to come and visit and see our store firsthand, no appointment required. We understand that clients often develop friendships with our staff members, and it can be difficult when those team members leave and new ones are introduced. Again, we invite all clients and members of the general public to visit and tour our facility and get to know our team members.
