  We needed help mounting TV's when we moved into our new apartment, and Garner LLC did a great job. When I reached out to book, he was very responsive, and we were able to coordinate a date and time quickly. He stayed in communication leading up to the service date and was extremely professional. He had experience with the type of mounts we had, and he was able to talk through our options on where we could hang the TVs, making sure they were secure and in a good location on the wall. He was attentive to the details, ensuring it was centered and leveled, which was much appreciated and left the workspace clean. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely hire him again!

  I needed two ceiling fans switched out. ********** provided a list of contractors and Garner LLC contacted me with a reasonable price and we set up a date for the job. He was prompt, courteous and kept the work area clean. I would definitely consider using Garner LLC again and would recommend him to my friends.

  Four years ago (2019), I began major interior renovations of my "old" looking duplex in Squirrel Hill. Basically, I was the general contractor and laborer on the job and brought in skilled craftsmen (carpenter, plasterer and electrician) as needed. Early on, I hired Garner LLC to install an attic ladder which was expertly done at a fair price. Home Depot provided me the contact from a list of approved installers. In the course of this project, I had Garner LLC back many times to do the carpentry work. Framing for new interior walls, custom window casings, crown & baseboard moldings, a beautiful 3/4" hardwood floor and, a new front door. Garner LLC was always professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Garner LLC was transparent about everything, offered expert advice and, there were no surprises along the way. The prices were fair and commensurate with the worker's skill levels. I've am familiar with remodeling work. I worked alongside Garner LLC in my home over two years, doing all types of construction; from roughing in framing to finish work with moldings and flooring. As such, I can attest to the quality of services that Garner, LLC. provides. It was a pleasure to work with Garner LLC, on as needed basis, throughout my home's renovation project. I fully appreciate what a remodeling job entails - always more that one might have planned done. I also know my limitations, hence my hiring Garner LLC for the carpentry work involved and I am happy that I did. Top shelf. Garner LLC.: Trustworthy, Transparent, Consistent high-quality work.   I had a positive experience with Garner LLC. I needed a drywall repair after a leaking toilet caused damage to my 1st floor ceiling. After contacting **** through text message, he quickly gave me an estimate over the phone by reviewing pictures of the damage. Within two days, he arrived at my house to check out the damage. After reviewing it in person, he had to make a change to his original plan. Although the quote was higher, I felt comfortable paying more because he properly explained what he needed to do to complete the job. The nature of the job took three days and **** was very accommodating with my work schedule to ensure it would get done. He was very professional in his communication and work! I would use his services again and recommend him to anyone that needs home repairs done.

  My experience was negative.Had a quote for $1.4K to repair Drywall. My insurance wanted to talk to them -- then they agreed to do it at $1K. After a week or so, I was told they are not interested in doing the work (said too busy) and my insurance had locked in $1K for dry-wall repair and paid me. Stuck with that. Very unprofessional of Garner LLC. Would recommend others to be very careful in dealing with it.
