    Very nice first impression with Clavis. Documentation and web site was easy to use. Initial meeting was very good with lots of promises for types of service provided. Problem is they don't deliver and pride themselves on fast delivery. Not so! New tenants had to wait from Friday evening to Tuesday to get a new hot water heater - went without hot water for an entire weekend as new tenants! Getting a new quote for repair took over 5 weeks. Lots of excuses and blame but not taking responsibility for unacceptable service. If owner doesnt put money in account the tenant must wait until rent is deposited to get served. Attitude with management official was less than acceptable - they acted like owner worked for them and very impatient with complaints. None of the tenants were happy with their service level. We had no alternative but to terminate our relationship within a few short months, A lot of promises on timely service, but no deliveries!
