    Left my yard and basement a mess.Did not clean up. Pipes inserted were crooked and not level. They installed a new toilet which was too large for the bathroom. Never asked what I wanted. The price was outrageous, well over $25,000. The icing on the cake is that I am dealing with the same problem I started with. I really don't want them in my house.

    Left my yard a mess and overcharged. Approve you for financing and make sure to spend every last cent.I am a single mother and they removed a concrete slab and just left it laying there. I tried to move it and it mustveay 100 lbs. There were 5 men there that day. Then my neighbor complabecause they ledt his yard a mess. They came and planted grass on his side and didn't touch mine. And left the slab of concrete. Left without asking if I needed anything. Yea, Certainly not the $23,000 job I expected. I would leave a negative review if I could. They are horrible. Walked through my carpet in muddy boots....I could go on and on.

    PRICE GOUGING ON REPAIR QUOTES. Beware, they over inflate the quotes. My well pump was not working so they gave me a quote to replace everything on the outside and the inside of my home. The quote was over $6000 so I decided to call another company to get another quote. The other company (Etnoyer) came out to my home the very same day and completed the work and handed me an invoice for $500.
    Watch out for these unscrupulous bandits. RUN FOREST RUN!

    Proto Plumbing came out on weekend day. 30-40 min & $160+ later (though did wave the cost of providing the written estimate) provided 5-6 variations of estimate to fix significantly low water pressure. Lowest at $3k for new expansion tank “rubber bladder is shot” install only and bypass water treatment and tank that is leaking” up to $17k for full well water pH treatment replacement, expansion tank & water softener). Recommended 2nd highest est. ($14k) job.
    Got second opinion from a plumber I know it who was unable to come out on Sunday. Conducted a FaceTime chat and water pressure was restored (temporarily) in under 3 min by turning 3 valves (1-open, 2-closed) to bypassing pH treatment system. The. that plumber came out next day. 30 -40 min later provided this. Expansion tank is old but fine & no need to replace pH treatment tank it’s just sweating, not leaking. Should replace the water softener ($2k) and if replace pH treatment system as well total job ~$4k plus milage. (He drove 77 miles one way). Oh, oh he also replaced 2 filers in treatment system and now water pressure is fine even without bypassing the pH treatment system. Which he will include in the bill when we have this guy do the work to replace the entire system for 3.5x’s less than Pronto Plumbing.
    So - either Proto Plumbing is trying to rip me off or they’re ignorant. Either way DO NOT RECOMMEND PROTO PLUMBING of Camp Hill, PA.
