    Last month they advertised a Customer Appreciation week. So they had given me personally. 3 slips to fill out in the different times that I shopped there. So I filled out the first slip with my name. The 2nd one with my daughters name. And the 3rd one with my son in laws name as we all live together. So they pulled the one that I filled out with my daughters name. They called the number that I left for her and left a message that she one a blue tooth speaker. *****. My daughter, asked me if I entered her name there and I said yes and I wanted to surprise her. So ***** called and spoke to an office lady named **** and she asked if I could pick it up and she said yes. So today , 7 Jun 24 I went there and asked for **** . A ******* came out of the office and refused to give me the prize even after I told her that I was the one who entered *****'s name and telling her that **** told ***** that I could pick it up. I told her that this was s*** and she accused me of swearing At HER, which I didn't. I was on my lunch break or I would've called the Police as this ******* was lying. I plan on speaking face to face with the store manager **** tomorrow but at this point I don't even want their prize. I told this ******* that it's supposed to be customer appreciation week not give customer a hard time week. Bottom line is I want an apology from this ******* or I'm going to sue.
