    This company is a fraud. They googled our address and falsified documents and signed us up canceling our three year contract with another utility company. Now they refuse to get on the phone to rectify this. *********************** is now ghosting us and will not return our calls!

    i just got a call from park power trying to get me to switch to them.i told them ive never heard of you so let me review your company before i switch to make sure im not getting scammed.he said no problem but he still tried to sign me up before i reviewed them.i hung up and came here thank god so i definitely will not be signing up with them.

    My gas bill went from $250 to over $800 and I have used LESS... I went to Power Park LLC to question this and they said they did not have service in our area...

    This is a company that preys on poor people. They hang out in Walmart, get you to sign up, and then hike up your rates to the point that I was paying 4x what I paying if I just stuck with Duke. Don't sign up for their service, They should be shut down with this predatory behavior.

    They are a rip-off. They are supposed to have lower rates than Met Ed. I received a $247.06 bill from Park Power. So I called Met Ed to see what was going on and found out that Park Power was charging me 22.99 per KH. Met Ed was charging 9.82 per KH. NOW ISN'T THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. i FEEL THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.
