    awful, liar, con.... takes money upfront and doesn't buy the supplies like he says he is - then has to come up with money to buy the supplies when the job starts so keeps stalling. It's lie after lie, after lie. His "crew" barely worked a few hours a day (partly because he was buying supplies as he went on what he could afford daily, though wouldn't admit it). He didn't finish the job - as he was "waiting for supplies to come in" and we never heard from him again - and we knew we wouldn't at that point. Apparently he does not have the contractors licenses he claims. Would never ever use or refer him again and hope ***** comes his way. *** is 100% a ***** and will tell you whatever he needs to get your job and money - just to keep himself afloat - he is a scammer! BEWARE! I hope you make your family proud ***!

    If I could give him a zero I would. Over charged for a 2-3 day job that he spent 6hrs on, and never finished the work. What was “finished” was incomplete at best. Awful awful awful!

    Joe from Hines Contracting is a crook. He started a project for us and took our money and abandoned the project. After getting burned we discovered that he doesn’t even have a contractors license. The only thing he is licensed for is a plumbers license. Joe is a disgrace to contracting. He is very cunning. Lies to his customers about project baselines. Takes the money, does crappy work and then abandons the project. Worst experience of our life.

    These guys came into my house, damage the products that were being used to refinish the house, smoking cigarettes while in the house (we are a non smoking family), unfinished work on the bathroom, downstairs floors, an air duct soffit for my daughters room that they took out and never put a new air duct soffit back in! They left my 4 year olds room without central heating or air! Contractor will not stay in contact, and at this point has went M.I.A with the money he was paid and never finished what was agreed on. Worst experience of my life working with this “team”.
