    HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We paid $1300 for a shower tile wall & pebble shower floor to be installed. Tom & his uncle requested payment before the job was done. We thought that was a little unusual, but he seemed good & honest, so my husband paid him. We asked him to notify us before he deposits the money, so we can make sure we had it in our account. He went ahead and did it without notifying us at all. My husband asked him about it and all he could say was....Oh, I must have misunderstood you. Not sure how much clearer we could have made it for him. It's all a facade, we were wrong about him in every way. The shower floor looks like square tiles instead of a flow of pebbles. The drain is a good bit deeper than the rest of the floor, it's like stepping in a shallow hole. The tile walls and floor have grout all over them and he used silicone to attach the edge of the tile shelf. You can move it with your fingers, one flick and it's coming off. The tile is also not lined up with the other pieces. This is disgusting that he is taking money for a job he has no idea how to do. We are selling the house, so we asked our real estate agents to come over and they were mortified. We can't sell our home this way and now we have to pay out more money for someone to come & fix all of it. He knew his work was grossly inadequate because he gathered his things and walked out to the truck ready to get in and leave when my husband walked outside, and he just said bye and left. There was no showing us his work after he was done to make sure we were happy or any pleasantries. He knew we would call him out on his work and wanted to leave before we caught him. I wish I could leave pictures here but I don't see where I can, unfortunately. If I could give less than one star I absolutely would.
