      A very pleasing experience in purchasing new carpeting and with the installation!! Moon Twp was the location I went through. The Sales representative ***, was very knowledgeable answering every question and concern prior to making my choice of carpeting and padding. He negotiated very well with the insurance company to insure that I was able to get a similar quality of flooring that needed replaced. He was there for me throughout the entire process and communicated!! The installation was smooth sailing,. Their professional installers worked together like they had been doing this for 100 years. It was a large project and zero complaints, The carpeting is beautiful and if I hadn't watched them seaming the piece that needed seamed, I would never know it existed. They were clean and respectful of my property and home and that is so appreciated. Very impressive that one of the bosses stopped out to check on their progress as they were working. Zero complaints and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a company that genuinely treats their customers as part of the Rusmur family, has quality materials and employees.

      Their sales rep came out and measured and priced carpet. While there were carpets we would have considered, when I sent the rep info about another firm's carpet estimate being a bit cheaper and asking if they had any room in their quote she just blew me off and never responded. Not even so much as a response that they would not be willing to review their quote.
