    *********** Churchs recommendation to anyone looking for cleaning service review our experience with Anago. We contracted w/ Anago of ***********, ** in July 2021 to clean, every other week. Fantastic contract, cleaning to back up severely lacking.Binder setup to converse with cleaning staff as they cleaned after church office hours. Following, dates and comments: 8/15/2021 - Please dust sanctuary windowsills. Cobwebs in bathroom stalls.8/16/2021 - failed to show to clean this was after specific email to Anago advising of a wedding on August 28th & to please clean the sanctuary well. Also, to clean again the evening of August 28th after the wedding. 8/28: failed to show up 9/3: failed to show up Email to Anago that payment for Sept withheld until issues were resolved. 9/5: Cobwebs in ladies toilets, men's bathroom needs to be cleaned.9/14: Service Mgr met with church staff to review issues. 9/30: Requested dates for Oct. - No Response 11/30: Requested confirmation of dates for *********** ************* cleaning on 12/23.12/23 & 12/31: failed to show (came 1/5)3/25/2022: failed to show 3/31: Requested cleaning dates for Apr. - No response.4/1: Said they came, but didn't vacuum or empty trash?!4/25: Certified/return receipt letter to Anago: contract cancellation effective 5/31/2022.4/28: Please vacuum sanctuary & back stairway failed to show 5/6, 13, 19: failed to show 5/15: Email to Service Mgr advising the church hasnt been cleaned since early April; requested a crew be sent to clean on 5/19 & turn in the church keys.5/17: Service Mgr reply: cleaning crew will be there on 5/19 to clean.5/19: failed to show 5/23: Email to Svc Mgr advising no show on 5/19. Requested a different crew be sent to clean 5/24, 5/25 or 5/26, with Svc Mgr there to supervise. 5/23: Reply from ************* dropped the key in mailbox. Unacceptable. Cleaning already paid.5/24: Svc Mgr reply: crew unavailable on this short notice. 5/31 refund check recd.
