"This company also affiliate with sensible auto and who knows which other company’s are money hungry and will bend rules to get the money they can out of you they have a twenty four hour release policy but stay in reachable until you send an email with your claims and anger for someone to answer the phone to be matter of fact and not help with anything they have my current fees rising as I type this email with my blood boiling, there establishment isn’t open on weekends I’ve been calling since the vehicle has been released I have paid them as well as the other company more money than I have ever paid on said situation when it comes to tow fees, this matter is not being handled appropriately o wavering on the least but so matter of fact when it comes to collecting fees, and how ironic no emails have been responded to since I’ve spoken with a agent or lack there of this company is a bunch of friends and or families coming together to scam people because they can I will be filing complaints as soon as this website allows me to do so just want people to know who to avoid"
