    To start, if you need to contact someone in the office good luck. The workers never pick up your calls or give you a call back, I had to call everyday for a week and leave multiple emails in order for me to talk to a representative of Neo. Unfortunately, I use to be a tenant under Neo Property Management and decided to leave my current address and look elsewhere. I was rewarded half of my $1,200 security deposit in "cleaning fees" although I rented the property for only one year. I never received my deposit check therefore reached out in order for them send another. I was charged $30 out of my deposit refund so that I can receive my check I never got. I contacted the Property Manager, Harold, to discuss why I am getting charged for a check I never received and Harold had no concern stating "It's only $30". This company is shady and does not care or have any professionalism when disputing any concerns that Tenants' have. Please be aware of how poorly Neo conducts business and consider other property companies.

    Per the lease, after living somewhere for a year it is expected that the apartment is turned over in the same condition as when the tenant moved in. Unfortunately, the tenants let the oil tank run dry and a professional cleaner had to clean everything, including the carpets because of the condition they left it in. The conversation between Neo and the tenant is on file and the tenant agreed to pay $30, then he decided to write a complaint saying the opposite. His statements about lack of professionalism and being shady are simply not true.
