    I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Langhorne Restaurant Depot. I drove a long distance specifically to buy the Dragon Wealth Wakame Salad, which is advertised in the 2024 November flyer for $2.19 per tray when you purchase a case of four. However, when I reached the checkout, the cashier quoted me a price of over $38 for the case, which was completely different from what was advertised.

    After a long wait and some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to honor the flyer price but then quickly retracted that decision. An employee moved my case aside and insisted I pay the higher price, treating me with a shocking lack of respect. They argued loudly and spoke to me very closely, which felt incredibly rude and confrontational.

    I believe this situation was not only mishandled but also indicative of a larger issue with how customers, particularly those from Asian backgrounds, are treated. It’s disheartening to experience such discrimination in a place where everyone should feel welcome. I hope Restaurant Depot takes this feedback seriously and works towards ensuring fair treatment for all customers.
