Bought ****** ** Spa Controller from this Company. They have an inviting website, but it is misleading in my opinion. Purchased in April 2023. Unit never worked properly, goes into overheat mode constantly if temperature set over 100 degrees. Company answers the phone maybe 30% of the time. Initial response was to blame my pump and motor, which I replaced ($500) upon their recommendation. Unit still went into overheat mode. Company told me to send top unit (control pad) for their inspection. Company sent top unit back and said it was working fine. Re-installed, unit went directly into overheat mode. Tried calling company...no answer. Called the next day, person answering phone said I needed to talk to someone else who would call in 20 minutes, but no call. Decided it was time to move on after four months of getting nowhere with this company. Sent letter to company asking for RMA for return according to their website. Company called me 19 August 2023, said they were not familiar with my situation, and said I could return the unit and they would inspect everything and decide if I was to get any money back. I asked them about their published return policy and Trinity representative said most companies don't allow returns period. I reminded him their product has never worked. He said they will determine if any money is to be returned. I will not send their product back at my expense to see what, if anything, they will refund for a defective unit. Trinity Electronic Lab is a company to avoid at all costs. I asked them if I could write a review for them, but they declined. They block their phone numbers if they do ever return a call to you so you cannot call them back, except for their toll free number, which they usually do not answer. I don't like losing $400, but it not worth the aggravation to deal with this company. Beware of the internet.

We purchased an Apollo 11 from Trinity Electronics Lab last year (October 2022) we’ve had nothing, but problems with it. We spent about 30 hours on the phone with tech support just getting it hooked up. Then we have had to have the company replace the top side controller 4 times. It constantly breaks. Save yourself the hassle and get the Balboa from spa depot.
