    Qurate is absolutely worthless.I used to work for this company and they used to tout how great they were and how easy it was to purchase items and use their "easy pay" system to make monthly payments so that you could purchase items that you couldn't afford at the moment but could with monthly payments.Last night, I tried to purchase some items as Christmas presents and paid the first payment for all of the items that I wanted.I woke up this morning to e-mails saying that my order was canceled.I tried to contact *** and was told that there's no reason why my orders were canceled and that there was nothing they could do for ***** now, I have several QVC charges that are pending, I can't get my money back to buy from somewhere else, and they're telling me that it could be 5-10 business days for their hold to release.I don't understand why people do business with this company. They were just as horrible as employers as they are a business.

    QVC is the worst business I have ever ordered from. It's Christmas, I ordered a set of trees from them on 11/23 & they were to deliver on 12/2. I did not receive the trees on 12/2 & now it's 12/4 & still no trees. Call their Customer Service line this morning. They proceeded to tell me the trees are out of stock & have not shipped yet. I did not receive any communication of this at all. I would still be waiting had I not called. Very, very upset & disappointed. Never order something that you expect in a certain time frame. It's Dec 4th & I have no trees. I will NEVER use QVC again. Also, they charged my MC & had not even shipped the items. Having to get a refund.

    Terrible company. Charged for things NEVER ordered. Poor customer service. Hung up on multiple times by Managers. Called back multiple times, took 7 people to get this resolved. Absolutely the poorest customer service. Buyers check your statements. Had Synchrony Bank on the line with QVC and it was a nightmare. Never again. Cancelled their credit card as well.
