Important information

  • Believed to be out of business:
According to information in BBB files, it appears that this business is no longer in business.
  • Additional Info:

According to the company's website they "are a group of individuals who work together to save homes, lower interest rates, and lower monthly payments. We achieve modifications for people that are having difficulty making their payments or even behind in their payments. And postponing all foreclosure activity."

On December 9, 2015, BBB requested background information from the business including any applicable licensing & registration, names of all principals involved in the company and their three year work history, affiliates or partners, complete list of addresses and phone numbers for all locations. As well as any other DBAs used by the company, all literature, sales brochures, sample contracts, disclosures, fee structure, procedures & guidelines, description for its products and services along with their business model overview.

BBB verified that the company is not licensed with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking as required by state law under the Mortgage Licensing Act.

As of December 31, 2015, the business failed to respond to all of BBB's requested information.  As a result the BBB does not have a clear understanding of the business. BBB suggests you read and understand company promotional materials, contracts and disclaimers and check company references prior to doing business. Beware of any loan modification service that requires you to pay money up front or encourages you to stop making mortgage payments. Also be leery of any company that tells you to avoid talking to your lender. Legitimate businesses may also offer to help with loan modifications.  However, sometimes these can be bad deals for the borrower.  Some types of loan modifications could be unaffordable and might quickly lead right back to foreclosure.
