    They are professional and show up when they say they will. The work was done properly. They are definitely not the cheapest. 129$ just to come in and give a quote, then on top of that, it was 80$ for each shut off valve to be installed, and they wanted 550$ to replace a bathtub faucet and handles.

    To further clarify, the owner of Beverly Services publicly claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but in reality this is completely false, it is only in his head. I am a prime example of many many people being hurt by this company. Beverly Services installed a defective Rheem unit about two years ago. The unit was bad from the start. If you use them don't be surprised if the quote over the phone is much much lower than the actual price paid (60+% more!). Overpaying for a defective unit stings a little. Beverly should do at least a little quality control and revisit vendor selection. ***** said they originally sold my unit to ********** so I contacted them without any success, Beverly just strung us along for a week, claiming they couldn't help with an immediate fix. All they needed was a replacement tank and it would have been done day one. After 5 days, not knowing if or when parts would arrive or if they were even available, we would have hot water, I gave up on them and went with *************************. Fantastic company. Fantastic customer service. They actually act like they care about what they sell. Moreover they practice what they preach! Beverly Services is only about making excuses and sticking customers with poor quality systems. Oh and let me say I used Beverly for my Carrier HVAC replacement. It took them two years to get it right. Required lots of axx kissing to get service. Needless to say I will never use them nor should you.

    ************************* arrived at our house at 11:00PM when our air conditioner had stopped holding temperature. He had called earlier to tell us there were others before us and what to do in the interim. He was professional, knowledgable, personable and empathetic to our situation. It was only by a chance remark of mine that I found out he had been on the job since 7:30 AM that morning. He's representative of Beverly's policy of putting their customers first. With that kind of service there was no question in my mind who would sell and install our new air conditioner.
