      Had an excellent experience with my Claim. After dealing with a difficult insurance adjuster, they assured I was taken care of.

      If you are not looking for a headache and want people who are going to truly go to bat for you I would not suggest this company to not even my worst enemy. This was by far the worst thing I have ever had happen to me! Over a year ago, yes I said a year ago I had water damage occur. Now before I get to that mind you, I was also affiliated with the company. Running what was supposed to be my own "business." I'm glad I didn't continue. Anywho, I had water damage occur on my floor due to a garbage disposal. Needless to say, I did wait a bit. I wasn't sure about whether or not I should file the claim, until my trainer (I won't say names because I do respect her), told me to just file the claim. Needless to say I did. The first make you sign an agreement that you're going to give them 35% of the income you receive. I'm thinking cool, if they can help why not. That wasn't the case though. My case went on for months. The people who work the front desk were always nasty (attitude) when I would call, ***** who is the owner DON'T and WON'T ever answer so he has **** doing it who also don't call back. Then you have **** who is like the manager over claims department and they don't help if there payout isn't less than ******. So you do all this going through and their telling you that they will help you! Yeah a full lie. So make the story short I had to file a court claim by myself. My adjuster ***** was supposed to be at court, never showed up.He say it's because he didn't have the link, but he must of forgot that he told me he has done this numerous times on ZOOM. I emailed him the meeting code, yet he some how didn't get my message until AFTER my court date.Go figure. I my most humble opinion this company will waste your time like they did for over a year for me! They love to bash the other insurance companies but honey, they are way worse. Trust me, it ain't all it seems to be, Remember I worked for the company! There is more I want to say but I won't just watch this place.

      ***** P I had a fire in my home 2 years ago, I hired a Metro adjuster to handle it, he addressed all my questions in a timely manner and thoroughly explained to me what was happening every step through the process of getting my home and our life back together. I cannot imagine the stress and problems that homeowners go through without having Metro on their side. Great Company !!

      I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. My advice to the public would be to do your research. The lead adjuster for this company Mr. **** also said some very condescending words directly to mea client. It all starts with the top. I am big on positive reviews when deserved. This company deserves 0 stars and 0 business. I asked for a call from the owner about my experience and got not a single call but they were sure to make sure they got their money despite how disrespectful and how horrible of an experience I have had. If he treats his customers this way I could only imagine how he treats his employees. Very disappointed. Never again. Let me save you all the headache. You dont have to just believe me look at all of their reviews. This company is a complete rip off and disrespect to the public.

      Metro public adjusters fought for my friend to get a new roof, Kitchen cabinets sink new counter top new wood floors, New windows. If my friend would have gone with the Storm Chaser roofing company. He would just have gotten a roof, not all the other benefits of CALLING A METRO PUBLI C ADJUSTER.

      BEWARE of the company named METRO PUBLIC ADJUSTERS INC. A SCAM THAT WILL BREAK YOUR HEART AND STEAL ALL OF YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND WILL NOT DO ANY OF THE WORK THAT THEY PROMISED YOU THAT THEY WOULD DO!! A worker told me about this company, and boy I should have check the Better Business Bureau first to save me years of heart aches, stress and pain. First they come to your home and tell you that they will fight to ensure all of your issues in your home are addressed fully to your insurance company. Then they add that most items that were damaged shall be replaced, like a new roof, my front door etc. Then somehow in the middle of all that talk, the agent hand writes in the contract 35%. Then go back to the contract and rush you to sign it. They did not have my best interest as a client, they only wanted to rob me and my insurance claim. They will not return your phone calls, and very unprofessional when you finally reach someone, but will hire a lawyer to sue you on their behalf in District Court. A complete nightmare for me, my family and my home. Home owners do yourselves a favor and file your insurance claim yourself, this was my first insurance claim and I didn't fully understand the process so I hired a third party to fight for me. Boy was that a major mistake. My home sustained damage to the roof from a storm that took off a number of shingles, which resulted to water damage in serveral bedrooms, walls, wooden floors and leaks in windows. I've been trying to resolve this matter since 2018. Stressed out for 5 entire years trying to make the repair on my own. The insurance company wrote a check for $5,000 and MPA is asking for $2,300 plus interest and attorney fees. The reprair on my home is well over $35,000, and 5 years later I'm still paying for home repairs under a insurance claim which I had to take out a home owners loans for said repairs that MPA didn't resolve as promised. This company is a ripoff and is only out to enrich themselves.

      We did water mitigation for a customer at the beginning of January, 2023. We usually process claim estimate and submit to Insurance. But, this customer wants to use Metro Public Adjustment and made us to submit the claim Metro has done. To make the story short, claim was submitted in early February. As a result of following up with the Insurance, we received info that payment was issued to Metro on April 21, 2023. However, we haven't received payment to date. I follow up with metro every two weeks or once a month. Metro told me that the mortgage company is monitoring the claim. This means they are holding all claims funds in their possession and will release in increments pending their procedures/guidelines are followed. Essentially, the mortgage company still owns the property and by federal and state laws, they have every legal right to their procedures and disburse the insurance funds as they see fit and asked me 'to refrain from reaching out until you hear from us.' I find this very rude . . . No one has a right to tell me to stop asking about the payment (when) I am supposed to get. Metro treatment of client is very poor, rude and insulting.
