    They are still charging me after I got injured at there gym. I tried cancelling in person on crutches after my hospital visit they give me a out of service number to call to cancel. I google the headquarters and this location is privately owned so they can't help. I email the manager email provided for this location a worker calls back and said call the oos number. So I write, sign and mail a letter. Then more charges hit my account and I call and the location I went to and the manager has been there a week and acts like whatever happened before him can't be resolved gives me another number to cancel. And I am told had to give you 30 days notice? I never signed a contract and no one ever told me that. And then received a text and call that money is back due after I reversed the over 100 dollars worth of charges with my bank. I sprained and later tore my calf after experiencing pain during workouts. I asked instructors about the pain and they said it would work itself out just keep going. Now I see Crunch was just worried about keeping my money. Also I asked numerous times not to be videoed and they did anyway. They don't own my image. Doctors say relax keep stress and anxiety way to heal but how can I will the stress of these people taking my bill money out of my account. I never was charged 69.99 before now all of a sudden you do plus regular monthly dues.

    I have an ongoing issue with this gym and it’s impossible to cancel. I have been over charged multiple times and have gotten no compensation. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since May. This is ridiculous and the Managers and Bensalem and Fairless hills location are unprofessional and unhelpful. Still scamming my money.
