    I am extremely happy with previous purchases and the professionalism and ethics of the management of Battery Hookup! On my most recent purchase I had an issue of solar panels damaged in shipment. There was some conversation about whether Battery Hookup should be responsible because of an implied disclaimer regarding shipping meaning they would not ship this particular product, but they did ship it! The company owner after reviewing the details of this situation was very forthright in acknowledging some deficiencies between the inferred and actual handling of the shipping. Below is a part of the response from the owner. "I agree 100%. We could have been more clear about that. When we created the auctions and noted in the first paragraph that they were for local pickup only or the winning bidder is to set up the shipping I tried to remove the shipping calculator all together so I think ultimately that is where the confusion was created. We had a lot of customers overlook that, it wasn't just you. So we did set up shipping for some of those customers. Unfortunately this one got damaged, otherwise there wouldn't be any issue. I sent you a full refund on it because it's the right thing for us to do." This is what business ethics and character look like and I look forward to future business with Battery Hookup!!     I have bought batteries and accessories from battery hookup for a couple of years. Using discretion and common sense, I continue to purchase from them. Lithium batteries and related gear is a new industry(used and removed from service). First of all, there are few to none stores that sell the type of equipment offered here. The owners are friendly and helpful as the future continues to change over to more and more products like this. Worried about breakage, go to the store in person and make a shopping list. I travel more than 100 miles one way and get everything straight right at the store. Very few stores sell lithium products and at great prices. You don't have to buy there. Thanks Ryan, Tom, and all the staff who work hard to receive and send out products. Try to buy lithium batteries, bms, or other related items at Target,Walmart, they don't have any of it and no one there knows any thing about it! Again thanks for a great business. Johnny B*****
