    I've been a client for over 20 years. I've always had amazing experiences., from the ladies at the front desk, to the techs and doctors Everyone is so caring and truly care about the animals and clients.

    We had been long time customers of Straleys Veterinary Clinic. The Dr's have always been great. Never an issue. The staff however has been less than professional on many occasions. The specific event today has led me to leave this review. I had a staff member of this clinic post personal details of my billing history in a public facebook group. Because I had mentioned them in my post in this group about a situation in which we were having. This staff member posted personal details about my bill and transactions with Straleys office multiple times, in her comments. She called it "Refreshing my memory" I call it defamation of character. I felt totally belittled, as another adult, there were many other ways things like that could have been discussed. But she publicly bashed me. I will never recommend this clinic again to anyone I care about.
