Im autistic and have severe anxiety. My card was overdrafted when it was supposed to have overdraft protection. I called in a panic and left a message and accidently said the f word one time in the message(not directed at anyone). They instead said i was having my account closed so i called again to find out why and that was the reason they gave. I said it was a accident and wasnt directed at anyone. I explained i am autistic and the response i got was we all have problems( thats discriminating against me for getting flustered and struggling with something involving stress and socializing).

This bank has been nothing but trouble for me within the past few months. I would have gave 0 stars if it was not for the Coraopolis branch. The people are very nice, but the banking system sucks. I do not recommend this bank. I will 100% be cancelling my cards with them and pulling my money to find a different bank. I have made $500 worth of payments in the last week and 4 of 5 of them had got approved. They say it takes 1-2 business day. Jan 9 of 2024 I made a $300 payment and it is Jan 13 and has not gone through, additionally I made a payment of another $150 on Jan 11th and that has not gone through approval. I will never recommend another person to this bank again. I bet a bigger bank would not have these issues.

They do not protect your credit card purchases if in the event that you are charged for something you never received. Go elsewhere for your credit cards so that you can get protection!
