  Approximately one month after the work was done and HE WAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL, the subcontractor that he used sent me a certified letter with an INTENT TO LIEN my property for OVER $6,000. As it turns out, HE DID NOT PAY HIS SUBCONTRACTOR, which created the possibility that I would have to pay his subcontractor because he did not. Again, I HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL for the work. Another "funny" thing that happened was that his subcontractors damaged a children's inflatable pool. I asked him to pay for it and he refused. As it turns out, through the whole intent to lien process, I was able to contact the subcontractors. They informed me that he had deducted the cost of the children's pool from their pay. They provided me with proof of this. I showed this proof to the owner, and I kid you not, still he refused to pay for the pool that was damaged. Please keep in mind that I was asking for $30 to replace the pool. A logical question for you to ask yourself is this: If he would behave this way over $30, how will he behave towards you if something more substantial is damaged?

  *****,As we are sorry to hear you are still unhappy with your experience. We have fired and no longer have any affiliation with that crew.The intent lien was submitted because our previous crew did cause damage. Which you you were reimbursed for and AGREED to. As for deducting the $30 from the crews pay, it was deducted and that crew agreed to an amount. The crew also signed a right to waive their ability to lien as well. We have gone above and beyond to try and rectify this situation. There is only so much we can do. You were reimbursed and given material to fix the situation. We have sent a Cease and Desist order because of the harassing phone calls and texts messages. Again, we are sorry your experience wasnt pleasant and we have done everything we could to resolve this situation. 1. We reimbursed you to fix and finish the project 2. Fired the crew that worked on your project 3. Have started new protocols when hiring crews that do work for us so things like this doesnt happen.

  I bought a home last year knowing that we would need to replace the roof within the next few years. I started meeting with several different roofing companies and gathering quotes, which in all honesty I hated. A lot of them tried to use "hard sell" techniques (similar to car salesmen) that really just turned me off to the whole process. Meeting with ***** from C&A was different, he gave a comprehensive report of the problems with my roof, explained my options and gave me a quote. None of the "get 15% off if you hire us today" crap I was getting with the other companies. I reached out to him a few times with questions and he was very responsive and helpful. I was a little hesitant given that this company was new, but after hearing about ******* experience in the field and seeing how genuine of a person he is, I made the decision to go with them. I have to say I have no regrets. They were affordable, on time, and polite. My roof was replaced in 1 day and it looks amazing.

  He is one of the most trustworthy people I know. Hes not out to take your money, hes out to help you. Offers you a service that you need and will be there to walk you through the whole process. Punctual, honest, caring, hardworking and dependable. Would recommend him to *** one I know.
