- There is no charge if cancelled by Noon 3 days before the service begins. If cancelled later than Noon 3 days before the service begins, a 50% fee will be charged. Cancellation fees do not apply if your dog must return home due to an injury, illness, or scheduling change and you will only be responsible for the time that they boarded. Any dog that has to be sent home due to displaying human aggression will be required to pay for the time that they were boarded plus a 50% fee for all the remaining nights.
