  I placed an order with this company on 5/5/24, and used their "guaranteed rush delivery" to make sure the shirts would make it on time for my group. The website claimed that the delivery was guaranteed to arrive by today, 5/13/24. As time went on, I became unsure that they would arrive on time, as when I checked their order tracker it stated that they were still printing. They had an information box, however, which stated "This part is usually pretty speedy. Don't worry if your printing day is only a day or two before your order is expected at your doorstep," so I trusted them and waited. This morning, I checked again, and they were still printing, so I reached out to the customer service team, who informed me that they had no tracking number and it would not arrive on time. I was able to cancel the order, but me and my group are sorely disappointed that they would have left us with hundreds of dollars spent and no product to show for it. Furthermore, it seems that many have complained about their company doing the same thing, and yet they still offer a "guaranteed" rush delivery that they cannot or will not fulfill. This is unacceptable, and has lost Custom Ink my trust and the chance I would use their business again.

  This company use to be affordable and we used them all the time for our company hoodies for years. They are no longer competetive and they dont care. If you are ordering a large number of shirts go to vista print and search for a coupon. I saved over $600 on 42 hoodies last month. I contacted them this month to address the price descrepence and they offered me $10 off. Slap in that face when we are talking about a difference of $600. Their quality is good but not 600 dollars good.

  When filling out a form online, it does not give you good instructions on what to do when you’re trying to set up a fundraiser. My son has glioblastoma and we had several people order T-shirts and hoodies. But since the form was not filled out the way they wanted to. They get the money for the product and we get nothing for fundraising, this is totally unacceptable for a cancer patient
