    Mr Shihadeh is a pathalogical liar. We hired him renovate our condo..big mistake. We are almost $100,000 in and the condo is not finished. There are so many isses with the work he has done that we needed to hire someone, pay more money and have them "fix" what his workers did. He has offered to come "fix" things but only after we attempted to get some of our money back. He said to me that "we have no chance bringing a case against him bc he offered to fix everything" The problem is he has had multiple attempts to fix things and states he finished our punch list in one breath and then in another states we never showed him these issues. We have found out that this man has done this to other people and in hopes it doens't happen to anyone else we are leaving this review. Do not hire this man. His workers vaped in our non smoking condo (we wittnessed it), we found a bottle opener left by them (although he states noody was drinking...how would he know, he was there only a hadful of times). We found pricing sheets reflective of what he actually paid for items we ordered, upcharging us an astronomical amout. We paid for services he did not complete. There are so many issue. We know he will coe on here and state none of what we are saying is true and again he will fix everything. He is a dishonest man. DO NOT use him for any of his service.
