    What a difficult person to work with. *** came to my home to quote me for some balcony repair which needed to be performed due to moisture infiltration, and the installation of an exhaust fan in my attic. I never saw him again. He sent seemingly unlicensed unexperienced members of his team to perform non-entry level work on structural parts of my home. All the work was done improperly. Literally immediately after they completed the balcony, I walked out onto it and there was a giant hole in the fiberglass floor. The exhaust fan was installed improperly and rattles loudly every time it goes on. When I tried to follow up with him about it, he was hostile and aversive. He promised to return and that was years ago. Have not heard from him since. Clients beware, this is one of the bad guys!

    Rob D******** did a lot of work for us over the years (about 100k worth), unfortunately the quality has been continuously on the slide. As a previous reviewer noted, he just wasn't paying enough attention to the job. Eventually we stopped using him. But what prompted this review is that now he doesn't even honor his warranty. He did a roof and gutter job for us in 2014, for a total of about 20k. The gutter since had leaked at least 4 times because it was not soldered properly. Each time it happened it took months before he would respond and send the roofer over to repair. Apparently copper gutter cannot be repeatedly soldered so he just never properly took care of the problem. Same leak developed again in the spring of 2022. D******** did not respond after repeated texts/calls/emails. This is just not a decent contractor any more.
