    I waited months for him to redo my bathroom and kitchen. He messed up my crown molding and trim under my kitchen cabinets. He said "I guess I should have talked to **** at ****** or had him come out and show me how it was supposed to be installed". Unfortunately I can't get replacement pieces because my color was discontinued. While putting the trim on the cabinet they cracked the side of my cabinet, they 'patched' it and never told me. A friend pointed it out to me. The ceramic backsplash was done terrible in one corner. I asked for *** toilets and I didn't get them. They put a cut in my new linoleum floor in the bathroom. I never even got an apology. The trim and crown molding do NOT match my cabinets, they dribbled varnish down the front of my cabinet. They put the crown molding up wet and got stain on my curtains. They bent my dish strainer. I can't afford to redo my kitchen. I waited 40 years for my dream kitchen and it's a nightmare. One of his workers said to me "he talks to you like a used car salesman". Please don't use him.

    This customer was very hard to please. She kept changing things up/ wanting different stuff. / materials installed, which I did at no extra cost to her. I do have photos ( finished job) . If she was so dissatisfied ? Why did she allow the job to be finished ? *** also contacted an attorney, etc. concerning this. I have photos, witnesses, etc. that see nothing wrong with the job. I have a good reputation with previous, current customers ( which some previous customers willing to testify on my behalf. I also did EXTRAS on her job, that I did NOT charge her for. Also she still owes $$ to me, for the job, which shes not paying.I dont understand why shes claiming that I did such a horrible job ? I would NEVER do/ let a job in that condition. I took a loss on several things with that job, I paid out of pocket for certain things, that she changed her mind & wanted different, after myself/ crew had installed. Just did everything to her desires to make her happy, evidentially it wasnt enough ?
