  Overall a very disappointing experience. We used them for moving from ** to the west coast. They were the lowest cost per their proposal but then ended up being the most expensive. They misquoted the weight, failed to explain to me the charges upfront. Also, the movers delivered every item except for a bag of expensive items that just so happen to have gone missing. They robbed me and failed to cover the lost items. Due to a technicality that I did not catch this upon delivery the insurance would not cover it. Who opens every box upon delivery??? I would never recommend this company to anybody with high expectations.

  After a previous less than desirable experience thefrim promised better. NOT Extremely unprofessional, rude, incompetent, finger pointing, and liars. 'Do as the driver says' led to multiple broken items. I know better attitude destroyed contents and containers. Saying item was broken going on the truck when picture taken during sale promotion shows intact- liars. There moto- if it can be damaged it will be, nothing left to chance. Due to truck breack down (poor maintenance??) items went into storage. Driver moaned about having to do weight at storage facility :( poor boy. Delivery was not a large van but small- started late, had to go back to facility to get rest of items and then due to time constrictions (didn't want to work late, etc.) piled box after box after box in garage. NO UNPACKING sheesh... Disaster - blame everyone else including the client. NOTHING from company. They reworked the numbers as the weight of move was lower than quote but ended up with the same numbers They got the money and s**** the client. The owner once wrote about 'day movers' and how bad there were because they weren't regulated. OBriens couldn't be any worse and probably used themselves as an example of a day mover! NO ONE should trust the company. Poor service, poor employees, poor management, poor customer experience. This is a shell of a successful enterprise. Go elsewhere and leave this POS to die.

  Highly unprofessional and extremely rude - would not recommend using them.
  The guys did showed up on time and move was going fine until they tried to assemble the ping-pong table at the new place. Daniel kept tinkering with it for an hour with no progress - they should have taken a picture on how they unassembled it - it was 10 min job. Then he was on phone with his boss Kevin for more than 30 mins explaining him how it is very tricky to assemble it. They knew they were dealing with moving ping pong table (as it was part of the estimate) and were not prepared to handle it efficiently. When I spoke to the boss, Kevin, I was told to pay for the time he was on phone with his guy. Kevin kept screaming at me on phone and did not let me talk and threatened me that the truck will not move away from driveway if I do not pay for extra time. They also broke few things including scratching the ping pong table.
  BBB should seriously consider associating with this company.
